【摘  要】：自上世纪住房改革以来，房地产市场得到了极大发展。高等专业人才的培养规模也伴随着行业的发展而逐渐扩大。本文在对房地产经营管理本科专业(简称“房管”专业)教育的现状进行了详细的调查的基础上，对2003年以来新增房地产经营管理本科专业的高校进行了统计和分析，以提供详细的人才培养现状数据，为更好的培养高素质专业人才提供基础资料。

[Abstract]: Since the housing reform of last century, the real estate market has been greatly developed. In this process, the education for this industry was also stimulated to expand. This paper, based on investigation，makes relevant statistic and analysis on universities which provides undergraduate education of real estate management since 2003 in China, in order to provide information and fundamental data to educate more highly qualified professionals that meet the demand of the industry。
